Symptoms

On : 1.9.1.2.6 version, Systemwide

When attempting to click on Advanced Options in the Home Page portals,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

FRM-47013: Cannot add LIST_TYPE to Parameter List WA_KEYS: parameter with this name exist

and

SYN-04092


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to WAM
2. On portals Bookmark, Saved Searches, Link click on OPTION link
3. Click on Advanced Options
4. Errors

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
Advanced Option eventually opens up - but not before receiving the errors.
