Objects Missing When Running Snapshots and Comparisons

On : 5.5.1 version, Integra Apps
CCG Snapshot objects missing
When attempting to run snapshot definitions for AK application, several key objects are missing from what we typically see each time:
1. Regions
2. Objects
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
Snapshots and Comparisons should generate the objects as they were added in the definitions.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to CCG
2. Run a snapshot for a definition. OR.
3. Alternatively, Occurance1 for EBS1 instance (eg :definition name: H&P AK-objt, application : AK 12.2) and Occurance2 for EBS2 instance (eg: definition name: H&P AK-obj, application : AK 12.2)
4. Notice that some of the key objects from either the snapshot or occurance1 are missing.
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot compare snapshots in two different instances or use snapshot reports to track key objects.
