Trouble Summary Not Showing Expected Event Type Data (Doc ID 2090621.1)

The Trouble Summary tool that is accessed from Web Workspace is not displaying the expected data. 

The term "Trouble" is causing issues because planned outages are showing on the tool also.  This could be changed to Work Summary or something similar so that both planned and unplanned outages would make sense.  There is also another issue where this tool lists Outage and Damage that currently exists in the system.  The Outages Summary includes Non-outages and CVR events; these are not technically outages.

The Trouble Summary title indicates that events such as a non-outages should not be displayed.
