When assigning facility circuit channels, the process for assigning a single channel sometimes takes upward of 10 minutes. If multiple channels are assigned using the 'Assign Range To' function, the slow response still exists. A SQL Spy log of the assignment action shows a cursor that is called over 100 times when assigning 3 channels on the parent facility.
