Goal

On : 7.5.0.13.0 version,

Failed to load the ECE rated CDR's using the REL DAEMON process invoked from pin_ctl, the same CDR files are getting loaded into BRM using REL DAEMON setup invoked by start_rel_daemon script which is pointing to the same pin_rel infranet.properties.
