Price Injector Job Allows Users to Create Markdowns/Clearances for a Style in Worksheet Status

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), the Price Injector job allows the creation of a clearance for a style which is in worksheet status. Clearances should not be created for items in this status.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select any style which is in worksheet status.
2. Populate RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE table with this style to markdown (-1.99 $) amount off.
3. Run price injector job and validate the data in RPM_STAGE_CLEARANCE table.
4. Validate the data in RPM_CLEARANCE table. Clearance is created and approved, and no entry is made into RPM_FUTURE_RETAIL table.
