Multiple "Error retrieving Activity Code from SERV_REQ_SI" errors are thrown along with multiple Oracle ORA-01400 errors when attempting to manually assign Inventory records of type Ownership against a Message Trunk Group. The errors occur opening an existing Message Trunk Group that does not yet have any Ownership records or attempting to define the records when the Trunk Group is being defined. Below are the
