Symptoms

On : 2.3 version, RT - Rates

When attempting to use a price assignment characteristic as the criteria for an eligibility rule on a rate schedule, it hits the “Insufficient Data” bucket regardless of the fact that the Product characteristic is populated on the price assignment.

The following error occurs:
