Symptoms

In a VCP 12.2.4.1 Instance:
When running 'Planning Data Collection', the 'Planning Data Pull Worker' completes with error status. The log files do not provide any information, even when setting the following profile value at the site level:
MSC:Coll Error Debug Mode = HIGH
