Default Column Order and Size Changes Are Not Saved

Symptoms
In Oracle Retail Allocation 14.1.0.1, when a user changes column order, visible columns, or resizes the columns, those changes are not saved after the user closes the window.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to any screen in Allocation (e.g., open Allocation Maintenance screen for an calculated allocation).
2. In results section, change the width of a column and make another column invisible.
3. Close the screen.
4. Reopen the screen and see that the column changes were not saved.
