Not Able to Retrieve Item Basket Details by Using Item Basket ID (Doc ID 2091571.1)

In Oracle Retail Point Of Service (ORPOS), we are unable to retrieve Item Baskets details by using Item Basket ID.   We observe the below error in the log file:

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an Item Basket in Store Inventory Management (SIM).
    2. Start ORPOS server and client.
    3. Select F3 POS > Transaction > Item Basket.
    4. Enter item basket ID created in step 1.
    5. Items are not retrieved.
