Unable to Open Business Process Records after Changing DDS Name (Doc ID 2091740.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to open Business Process (BP) Records in the Staging Environment, the following error is thrown:

The system could not process your request.
Logging in again my help in some cases

Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Changes

A change was made to the Dynamic Data Set (DDS) that the BP Upper Forms are using.
The same DDS is used on another BP and the name of the DDS was modified during design changes.
