Symptoms

On :  11.2.0.6.0 version, Customer data management

When creating an account using OSM / AIA / Siebel, the account is not loaded into the ECE Customer Cache.

Using AIA to create account in two steps:

First step (commit customer):
create the account with a service and no products within the service. This account creation will not be loaded into ECE due the following error :
