ORD_DET Report Does Not Pull In Data (Doc ID 2091795.1)

Symptoms

ORD_DET [Purchase Order Report] does not pull in data if there are no warehouses created in RMS.

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to RMS Start Menu > Ordering > Orders
2. Select Action, View Order
3. Enter Order number and click OK
4. Select Print
5. Enter BI Publisher pop-up
6. Click Apply to generate ord_det report
