Information in this document applies to any platform.
For Order created in RMS from XOrder in approved status, there is no entry on TICKET_REQUEST table even though ordered item has tickets attached and supposed to be printed during the approval of an order.
Steps to Reproduce
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an Item in RMS (Make sure item/location/uda/ticket/HTS/supplier/ etc.. all are created and approved in RMS)
1.1 Arrange location
1.2 UDA (User Defined Attribute
1.6 Capture and Check data from ticket_request table (at this point it is empty)
2. Consume XOrder message.
2.1 Capture and Check data from TICKET_REQUEST table (If there is data)
