Duplicate RIB Messages Are Created After Changing Item Supplier Attributes

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After changing Item Supplier attributes, duplicate Retail Integration Bus (RIB) messages are created.
Steps to Recreate:
- Go to RMS (Retail Merchandising System) 14.0.2 front end.
- Select any Level 2 approved regular item.
- Go to Suppliers > Primary Supplier > Item Supplier Country of Sourcing.
- Update Size attribute.
- Save Item.
- Notice that two messages are created in ITEM_MFQUEUE table.
