On : 7.5 PS11 version, Pipeline Manager
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------
After service transfer, Pipeline assigned old item POID from the previous account.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Charges should applied to the new item for the transferred account.
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Create account with services
2) Start the Batch pipeline
3) Perform service transfer to another account
4) Perform usage with timestamp after service transfer
