Error:"Java.lang.IllegalAccessError: Tried To Access Class com.primavera.infr.log.LogMgr From Class com.primavera.infr.log.LogFactory" When Trying To Start The P6 Deployment (Doc ID 2092530.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to start the P6 deployment from WebLogic Administration Console, the deployment fails to start and the following error is written to the application server log file:

java.lang.IllegalAccessError: tried to access class com.primavera.infr.log.LogMgr from class com.primavera.infr.log.LogFactory


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the start_primavera.bat
  2. Connect and log in to the admin server
  3. Click 'Deployments'
  4. Click the checkbox next to P6
  5. Click Start
  6. Refresh page
  7. P6 state will go to start Running
  8. Refresh page
  9. P6 state will go to Failed.
  10. Check logs files in $domainhome\servers\P6\logs - P6.log and P6.out
  11. Error will be listed in the log files.
