Purge of Records Not Happening From RK_PRODUCT_GROUP_ITEM Table (Doc ID 2092681.1)

Purge process fails to delete items when the same item exists in RK_PRODUCT_GROUP_ITEM table.

Steps to Recreate

  1. Create product group in Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) and include some items.
  2. Whenever the item (present in step 1) is deleted, it will flow to SIM and marks the status ='D' in AS_ITM.
  3. Run purge item job.
  4. Note that system does not purge the data, as the item is present in the RK_PRODUCT_GROUP_ITEM table.
