ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR
------------------------

When removing elements from Drawing in a Network systems MSS is deleting the network element and its equipment Association form the inventory/DB.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
---------------------------
When removing elements from Drawing in a Network systems MSS should NOT delete the network element and its equipment Association form the inventory/DB.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Make a NS and add and element to it .
2. Associate it to an Equipment
3. Save the NS.
4.Search it in the Network Elements window and its get returned .
5.Now open the Netowrk System again and remove the network element from drawing .Save the NS.
6.Search it in the Network Elements window and its NOT returned .
7-Open the Equipment Inventory for the NE location and find that the association is also gone .
