CM is not able to connect to stand by dm_oracle in HA Environment

Scenario:

In a multi schema environment having 3 schema's and if each schema is connected with 2 dm_oracle (one treated as active and other as stand by) and both the dm_oracle are in active-active mode.
CM connected to DM Oracle in HA configuration mode with the below entries in cm pin.conf.

- cm dm_pointer 0.0.0.1 ip Hostname1 12950 ip Hostname2 12950
- cm dm_pointer 0.0.0.2 ip Hostname2 12951 ip Hostname3 12951
- cm dm_pointer 0.0.0.3 ip Hostname3 12952 ip Hostname1 12952

Below are the BRM process details
CM , dm_oracle1 and dm_oracle_standby03 are running on the server Hostname1
dm_oracle2 and dm_oracle_standby01 are running on the server Hostname2
dm_oracle3 and dm_oracle_standby02 are running on the server Hostname3

To test HA configuration, In schema1 when dm_oracle1 is stopped on Hostname1 and tried to establish connectivity between CM using dm_oracle_standby01 (running on the server Hostname2),connection is not getting established.

The same CM is able to connect with the stand by dm_oracle (dm_oracle_standby01) when the dm_pointer entry is configured as below, Which proves there are no network related issues between the servers

- cm dm_pointer 0.0.0.1 ip Hostname2 12950
