ECE server raises 'ActiveSessionNotFoundException' when processing CANCE In Credit Breach Scenario

On OCMC 6.1 RP8, when testing Credit Breach Scenario, OCMC sends the INITIATE with REQUESTED_UNITS 5min and account balance zero, ECE responds with a INITIATE failure with CREDIT_BREACH and creates a new active session on a successive UPDATE request.
When OCMC sends CANCEL in this scenario, ECE server raises 'ActiveSessionNotFoundException' when processing CANCEL.
