Unable To Pass Multiple Access Origids In The UserProvisioningRequest AACG - GRC Extension Web Service (Doc ID 2093359.1)

When attempting to provision a user using GRC Extension Service '/UserProvisioningRequest' with multiple roles assignments, the request completed with an error. For the same user with single role assignment the user provisioning requested completed normally.

Caused by: java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 1, Size: 1

at oracle.apps.grc.common.provisioning.ProvisioningRequestMessage.setProvisions(ProvisioningRequestMessage.java:329)

at oracle.apps.grc.webservices.server.AbstractWebServiceRequest.handleWebServiceRequest(AbstractWebServiceRequest.java:87)
at oracle.apps.grc.webservices.service.GrccWeb

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Submit a user provisioning request using GRC Extension service '/UserProvisioningRequest' for 2 role assignments.
2. Review the grc.log file.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot submit user provisioning requests with multiple role assignments.
