"The supplier is not active" Error Occurs When Trying to Range an Unranged Transformable Sellable Item (Doc ID 2093368.1)

In Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) 14.0.2, when trying to re-range a Transformable Sellable item that was unranged, the following error occurs:

Steps to Reproduce:

   1. Range a Transformable item to a store. Ranging is successful.
   2. Change the Item Location status to Inactive.
   3. Revert the status back to Active.  Notice that the error "The supplier is not Active" appears and item/location status will not be set to active.
