On : version, Usage

When attempting to add a claim for a member on a new policy,
the following waiting period error occurs and the claim is rejected incorrectly.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. create a claim with a member who hasn't a previous policies from another company
2. Use a coverage with waiting period and the error appears

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, claims are not payed out.
