In Unifier Application Designer the Dropdown-Caret for Some Selected Fields Is Not Returning Options (Doc ID 2093859.1)

Symptoms

On Unifier : Version 15.1.0.0

Using Internet Explorer (IE) 11 or Google Chrome browsers:

The dropdown-carets for some of the Selected Fields in the Unifier Application Designer aren't functioning correctly.
The dropdown-caret "opens" but doesn't open the block and return options to pick from.

The action functions correctly using IE 8.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
When clicked on, dropdown-caret should point down, expand the owning block and populate with that block's options.

Changes

 Environment was upgraded to Version 15.1.x.x
