Question on PIN_FLD_CORRELATION_ID and PIN_FLD_EXTERNAL_USER Fields (Doc ID 2094066.1)

Goal

The BRM 7.5 PatchSet 14 release notes state that all policy opcodes are modified to include the PIN_FLD_CORRELATION_ID
and PIN_FLD_EXTERNAL_USER fields in the PIN_FLD_CONTEXT_INFO substruct in the input and output flist.

Is there an actual code change to all policy opcodes?
Or does this only mean, the fields are passed into these opcodes and returned without any code changes in the policy opcode itself?
