Symptoms

OSM version 7.2.4.1.8
JRE version: Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (7.0_71-b14) (build 1.7.0_71-b14)
but the same issue happens with Java 1.7.0u76 as well

Managed Server is not getting started and crashed with the following error in the logs:
