Symptoms

On: P6 Professional, Standalone, SQL Server database.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tools / Claim Digger does not launch.   No error is received.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------------------
Claim Digger should launch when accessing Tools / Claim Digger.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to P6 Professional.
2. Access Tools / Claim Digger.
3. Observe Claim Digger does not launch. No error is received.
