XAI To Invoke Service CILBBLLP Fails (Doc ID 2094358.1)

Symptoms

The Issue occurs when creating an XAI service to invoke program "CILBBLLP" to generate/complete/freeze a bill.
When the XAI service is invoked , the following error is encountered even when the Account ID field is supplied.:

Program Name: CIPBBLLP
Text: Account ID field missing
Description:
