Endeca Listing Page Is Not Rendering After Syncing The Account Details. (Doc ID 2094515.1)

In Checkout Flow, after adding the item to cart and signup for a account. After signup, user update the personal details during checkout flow. It will call a custom formhandler which will update the details and sync the user profile and organization details with Siebel CRM. After syncing up, user comes to next state to update contact details for the order. Now if user tries to select the phones subcategories from header which comes from Endeca, page is not loading and throws 404 Error.

The following Error may occur

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Add item to cart and signup for an account
2. update contact details for the order
3. You may get an error when tried to select the Order subcategories
