How can we make the standard MRP expload Material Reuirements based on completion date,not start date? (Doc ID 2094529.1)

Goal

When running MRP,Material Requirements are exploded based on start date.
For example,Subassembly1 is disabled on 13rd and Subassembly2 is enabled on 13rd instead.
Plan calculate Sugg Start Date of Assembly1 is 12ed and Sugg Due Date is 14th.
In this case the planned order is created for Subassembly1.It seems Material Requirements are exploded based on start date.

 Seq 10:Subassembly1(disabled on 13rd Jan 05:00)
 Seq 10:Subassembly2(enabled on 13rd Jan 05:00)

How can we make the standard MRP explode Material Requirements based on completion date,not start date?
In this example,customer would like to have Planned Order for Subassembly2.
