Returns Management Offline Screen is Displayed When Performing a Return Transaction Tendered with Gift Card (Doc ID 2094914.1)

Symptoms

In Oracle Retail Point of Service (ORPOS) 14.0.1.1, when integrated with Oracle Retail Returns Management (ORRM), the offline screen is displayed when performing a return a transaction tendered with gift card.


Steps to Reproduce:

* Precondition: Oracle Retail Returns Management is integrated with ORPOS.
  1. Create a sale transaction, tendered with Gift Card.
  2. Return with receipt the transaction in step 1.
  3. Go though screens that prompt return information.
  4. Click Tender button ->

Actual: The system displays Returns Management (ORRM) offline screen. The user is able to continue the return transaction without ORRM approval for return.
Expected: Integrate with Returns Management to check return policies. Note: there is a default policy set up for return with receipt.
