Symptoms
On Applications Oracle Argus Safety : Version 8.0.1
When transmitting a report to authorities receive an error in the acknowledgement related to the vaccine start date.
Observed the 'vaccstartdate' in the 'vaccfourweek' section is not populating as per the expectation.
As per the FDA guidance, the element should adhere to the following guidance :
'Date is captured as the low value of xsi:type IVL_TS for effectiveTime Date' for the element "Date Given" in the section 'Vaccines Given Within 4 Weeks Organizer'.
For the transmitted case have provided the data for the element '' as "20151209" from Argus
But this results in error in the Ack as:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Provide vaccine start date in Argus for vaccine case
2. Transmit eVAERS
3. Note the format vs. recommendations from FDA
