Audit IAU_INITIATOR Not Populated After Deleting User From The Role (OPSM 1.2.0.5) (Doc ID 2095439.1)

Symptoms

Actual Behavior
After activating audit on the database, and IAU_CUSTOM and IAU_COMMON are filled with information, all the entries IAU_INITIATOR stay empty. It is not possible to audit who is author of the action.

Expected Behavior
Expect to be able to audit actions and determine who the author is.

STEPS
In Enterprise Manager:
1. Select the domain > click right and select Application Roles
2. Select my application, for instance PasSerializationManager
3. Choose a Role Name
4. Edit Application Role:opsmsuperuser
Delete a user from this role.
5. Get Confirmation message:
Remove role from application role
You have chosen to remove the role, XXXXXXX from the membership of the application role. Do you want to proceed?
Answer: Yes, then click on Ok
