Customize Message Given To Users When User Access Control Is Activated (Doc ID 2095452.1)

Goal

On : 12.2.4 version, DSM-Gen

Currently, when a user or users are disabled through the User Access Control, the message they are given is as follows:

"Oracle Demantra is currently unavailable. For more information please contact your system administrator."

We would like to be able to customize that message. The only current option to customize is the message that can be e-mailed out to users but we don't want to e-mail ALL users at the beginning of the weekend processing. Instead, we just want to be able to put in a clearer message that the system is unavailable for weekend processing and there is no need to contact the system administrator.
