Symptoms

Using Convergence 3.0.0.3.0.

We are encountering a problem when exporting contacts from Convergence.

We have identified this problem as when the user attempts to export the contacts in 'Microsoft Outlook CSV "format, nothing happens.  Other formats appear to work fine.
