Symptoms
Currently, time-dependent cost (TDC) values in the M1_SCHED_CONFIG_PARM table are data type number(5,3). This results in a maximum value of 99.999. This is not a limitation in the scheduler, it is only a limitation in the database. The precision for TDC values need to be increased to allow any value the scheduler can handle.
