Missing Conflict Description on Location Move Error List (Doc ID 2095500.1)

In Oracle Retail Price Management (RPM), when conflicts are found in the location move, the Conflict Review List does not show what is conflicting.   We expect some information to be available about the event, such as promotion number etc., so users can work on fixing the conflict.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Create an item in RMS using a department having a zone group which has more than one zone.
  2. Range the item to all the stores in zone 1.
  3. Run newitemlocbatch.
  4. Create a simple promo at parent item zone level with effective date as tomorrow.
  5. Run PriceEventExecution and PriceEventExectionRMS batches.
  6. Advance VDATE by 1.
  7. Range the items to a store in the second zone at a lower price than the promo retail.
  8. Run newitemlocbatch.
  9. Schedule a location move with effective date as tomorrow.
  10. Note that the batch fails with the following error:  [Ref<LocationMoveRequestImpl#81>, locationMoveRequest, A location move has failed conflict checking. Enter the Location Move List to view the conflicts.]
  11. Now go to the front end and navigate to Location Move List and check the error.  The promo id which caused the conflict is not displayed.
