"Cannot insert null into NS.CONNECTION.NS_MULTI_POINT_CD" error When Assigning a Circuit to PSR (Doc ID 2095502.1)

Symptoms

After changing the software language to Portuguese, a circuit can't be assigned. The application shows two messages indicating database error.
When attempting to add a circuit, the following error occurs.

1.) ERROR
Error 1400 Cannot insert a null.

2.) Receiving the following error , "Cannot insert null into NS.CONNECTION.NS_MULTI_POINT_CD", When assigning a circuit to the Product in PSR order after selecting the language as Portuguese on the login screen.
