Web Call Entry - Event History Does Not Load For Street Intersections (Doc ID 2096367.1)

Symptoms

When searching street intersections in Web Call Entry (WCE) and then checking Event History, no data is displayed.  When searching for specific addresses, the Event History properly displays.

There appears to be an odd workaround where if searching for an intersection, you can get the Event History to populate by first looking at the Call History and then going to the Event History.
