How To Avoid Activity Cancellation Alert With 'M1CC' Status When Cancelling Activity From Host System (Doc ID 2096405.1)

Symptoms

On : 2.1.0.6 version, System Related Issues

ORS is integrated with Siebel via the Siebel-ORS Connector.
How can activity cancellation alerts from host system be stopped?  Since Siebel sees activities that are cancelled right away, duplication of the same alert through ORS is unnecessary and duplicating alerts.
Consequently, the alarm is force cancelled in ORS.

Users access Siebel data (and will see the Siebel Activity as cancelled straight away, before the Alert to Force Cancel in ORS) and advised this Alert is not necessary in the implementation.
