Cannot Close or Edit Purchase Order (PO) in RMS Once Promotion Ends (Doc ID 2096408.1)

Symptoms

Users cannot close or edit a Purchase Order (PO) in Oracle Retail Merchandising System (RMS) once the promotion ends.


Steps to Reproduce:

  1. In RMS, go to PO screen in order to close/edit PO.
  2. 'Invalid Promotion' message is displayed.
  3. Half screen populates with PO info and does not allow you to enter the PO Header Maintenance Window [ordhead]
