Worksheet Issues "Selected Page Item Has No Data" When Filtering on Aggregated Levels (Doc ID 2096427.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.3 version, Worksheet

Worksheet Issues "Selected page item has no data".

There are some worksheets that are not retrieving any data and instead are retrieving "Selected page item has no data" message.
We tried to figure out the root cause and we ran the query directly in the database and we got data. (data exists).
The following message appears in the logs every single time that the worksheets did not retrieve data:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the Collaborator Workbench
2. Open the worksheet.
3. Select specific aggregated (higher) levels and hit the above message.
