PCM_OP_PRICE_GET_PRICE_LIST - Inconsistent Failure With Signal 11 While Retrieving Deals/Products (Doc ID 2096659.1)

On : 7.5.0.10.0 version, Pricing

Issue :

When PCM_OP_PRICE_GET_PRICE_LIST is called to retrieve deals and products of a custom service type, say /service/custom, using the flist below and with the same CM connection via testnap, retrieve fails upon multiple execution and dumps core.

See below scenario of the customer :

  1. Execution#1 (Success)

Below is another customer scenario where a similar problem was experienced :

  1. infranet.batchsize  is disabled inside Infranet.properties
  2. executed the following command  to extract the products : "loadpricelist -v -d -f -r product -P"
  3. there are about 660 products in the database
  4. it is throwing a signal 11 error in cm pinlog. below is the snippet :
