Running agile9_ctx_recreate.sql Throws Error: DRG-10700: preference does not exist: CTXSYS.DEFAULT_WORDLIST (Doc ID 2096669.1)

Symptoms

When running agile9_ctx_recreate.sql to recreate CTX indexes, below error is generated:

ERROR at line 1:
ORA-29855: error occurred in the execution of ODCIINDEXCREATE routine
ORA-20000: Oracle Text error:
DRG-10700: preference does not exist: CTXSYS.DEFAULT_WORDLIST
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.DRUE", line 160
ORA-06512: at "CTXSYS.TEXTINDEXMETHODS", line 366

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to sqlplus as agile database user
  2. Run agile9_ctx_recreate.sql found under: %oracle_base%\admin\<Oracle_SID>\create\<agile schema user>
  3. Gets error in the console. Also see the error in agile9_ctx_recreate.log
