Error ACK received for the nullification report (Doc ID 2096794.1)

Symptoms

Receive the following error ACK file after submitting PMDA E2B nullification report from the case which have coded with old MedDRA version.

Steps to replicate the issue
------------------------------
1. Open the case which has the submitted PMDA E2B. The events in this case are still encoded with the old MedDRA version.
2. Go to the regulatory report tab and schedule the nullification report
3. Submit and transmit the report to PMDA
3. Receive the ACK error file from PMDA
