Goal

Below is a checklist of diagnostic steps to use when the ASNOUT process fails with the error "You do not have access to Transfer [xxx]" in the RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table.  This error occurs when the user does not have access to the items in the transfer or if the user does not have access to the Store or the Warehouses.

Full error example:

javax.ejb.EJBException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] You do not have access to Transfer 920000000001.; nested exception is: com.retek.rib.binding.exception.RIBIntegrationException: Exception while processing request: Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] You do not have access to Transfer 920000000001. - Nested exception: - com.retek.rib.collab.RibAPIException: Error from {call RMSSUB_ASNOUT.CONSUME(?,?,?,?)}: [E] You do not have access to Transfer 920000000001.
