Goal
Below is a checklist of diagnostic steps to use when the ASNOUT process fails with the error "You do not have access to Transfer [xxx]" in the RIB_MESSAGE_FAILURE table. This error occurs when the user does not have access to the items in the transfer or if the user does not have access to the Store or the Warehouses.
