On : 7.3.3.1.0 version, Operations, Batch_OFSS
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Schedule a Batch to run Monthly on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. It keeps trying and submitting every 1 minute.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Batch should be triggered only once as per schedule
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OFSAAI with valid credentials
2. Open Batch Scheduling screen and Schedule to execute this batch in an monthly interval on 3rd Wednesday of the month
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Schedule Batches for execution in Monthly interval.
