Symptoms

On : P6 Professional Application

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
When trying to Import XER (aprox 54MB file), the data gets loaded, but Import doesn't start. Even after 1 hour after starting the Import, there is still no progress.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The XER file should be Imported successfully.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to P6.
2. File, Import, XER.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot Import an XER Project.
